We are proud to announce the launch of Adrenaline Rx™ by Xtravel, an innovative, science-driven therapeutic program developed in partnership with leading researchers and clinicians specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and PTSD. This cutting-edge intervention uses controlled high-adrenaline off-road experiences to activate neurobiological pathways that disrupt anxiety and depressive cycles, modulate trauma responses, and enhance neuroplasticity.

 

Adrenaline Rx™ is currently being researched as an immersive approach that may improve stress tolerance, support mood regulation, and reduce avoidance behaviors. This evidence-based program explores the potential of controlled adrenaline experiences to positively influence mental health outcomes, offering a novel avenue for research at the intersection of adventure, physiology, and psychological well-being.

In parallel, Xtravel is working on collaboration with researchers at UC San Diego on the Adrenaline Rx™ program to further study the benefits of adrenaline-based therapy. These initiatives will help leverage science, adventure, and technology to push boundaries and create meaningful impact.
